The bank offers the required financing - partially or fully - for a certain commercial operation which another person performs on the basis of sharing the profits and losses of the operation according to the glorious Islamic Sharia' principles. Any accrued losses are borne by the bank except if they are caused by the agent’s misconduct or violation as long as he does not participate in it through his special funds.
