The Board of Directors of Jordan Islamic Bank has decided to invite you to attend the Regular General Assembly meeting, which will be held at nine o’clock in the morning on Monday, 28 April 2025, via visual and electronic communication, in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (6/w) of the Companies Law No. (22) of 1997 and its amendments, and the instructions for adopting electronic means for procedures related to companies for the year 2021 issued and the instructions for supervising the implementation of procedures for holding the General Assembly meeting of public shareholding companies for the year 2017, to consider the matters included in the meeting agenda and published on the bank’s website. Honorable shareholders are requested to attend the meeting at the appointed time via visual and audio communication.
