Activating Islamic pay
- Add the card from the main menu of Islami Mobile App.
- Follow the instructions and set up the settings.
- Choose your Banking Card to be used for payment through mobile supported by NFC technology.
Enter PIN Code (Mobile Token). - Read terms and conditions of the service, then click on (Accept) button.
- A successful screen for activating the contactless payment feature will appear.
- You will receive an(SMS) that the service is available on your card.
Payment steps using Islamic pay
- Pass your mobile phone over the POS device, and you will receive a message requesting your approval to complete the payment through the authentication method used to unlock your mobile device (Fingerprint, Face ID, Password, Pattern).
- Complete the authentication process mentioned in the previous step and pass your mobile device over the POS device again.
- A successful payment summary screen will appear with purchase details (Reference Number, Amount, Store and Transaction Date).
Important Notes during the Payment Process
- Unlock the phone during payment process; You can’t complete the payment while the phone is locked.
- You should place your mobile device (Tokenized) on the POS machine.
