Terms and Conditions
- Accounts are opened for financially excluded Jordanian customers according to Central Bank regulations.
- There is no minimum balance required to open an account.
- The maximum account balance is 700 Jordanian Dinars.
- The applicant must not have any existing account with the bank and must sign a declaration stating that they have no accounts or banking transactions with other banks in the Kingdom.
- If it is discovered that the customer has other accounts or banking transactions, the bank has the right to charge the customer all previously exempted commissions and fees, provided that the bank informs the customer accordingly.
- The account is considered dormant after six months from the last withdrawal or deposit.
- Checkbooks are not permitted for withdrawals from the account.

These Accounts share investment, and withdrawing from them is allowed pursuant to a withdrawal notice before 90 days of the date of withdraw.

Investment portfolio accounts / Investment Wakala
The bank invests on behalf of the accounts' holders against obtaining annual fees designated according to the contract between the bank and the account holder.

Al-Qard Al-Hassan Fund Accounts
These accounts are used for justified social purposes to achieve social solidarity among society.

ACH Direct Debit
You can now make all of your payments simply by filling out the ACH Authorization and submitting it to your branch in order to execute the payment orders or transfers in JD currency to the beneficiary account held with the same bank and/or with local banks very easily through a new payment system approved by the Central Bank of Jordan.
