It is one of the investments accounts whose owners authorize the bank to invest them on the basis of a Mudaraba contract in accordance with the terms of the account.
Account Features:
Minimum amount to open an account
The minimum amount for opening an account is JD 100 or the equivalent in foreign currencies.
The required documents
For Jordanians:
- A valid civil status ID or Certificate of appointment for military.
- Proof of residential address (lease contract/water bill /electricity bill)
- For holders of US citizenship or residency, additional documents will be requested and additional forms will be signed.
For children accounts:
- A birth certificate or a copy of the family book.
- An argument of guardianship or guardianship certified by the Sharia Court.
- A valid civil status ID of the guardian.

For non-Jordanians:
- A valid passport.
- Personal number for non-Jordanians.
- A valid residency inside the Kingdom.
- Card for children of Jordanian women. (for children of Jordanian women)
- The Children of Gaza document. (For the people of the Gaza Strip)
- The Syrian community card. (for the Syrian community)
- A valid work permit for expatriate workers.
- Proof of housing address (lease contract/water bill /electricity bill).
Terms and Conditions
- The minimum balance to open a net account is 100 Jordanian Dinars or its equivalent in foreign currencies.
- Issuing an ATM card for the account.
- The account is considered dormant after two years from the last withdrawal or deposit.
- The minimum balance required for participation in investment profits is determined by the Board of Directors. An account holder is considered withdrawn from participation if the balance falls below this minimum in any month during the calculation period. The current minimum is 100 Jordanian Dinars for accounts opened in Jordanian Dinars and the equivalent of 2,000 Jordanian Dinars for accounts opened in foreign currencies.
- The account can be opened in the name of a minor under the guardianship of their parent or guardianship document.

These Accounts share investment, and withdrawing from them is allowed pursuant to a withdrawal notice before 90 days of the date of withdraw.

Investment portfolio accounts / Investment Wakala
The bank invests on behalf of the accounts' holders against obtaining annual fees designated according to the contract between the bank and the account holder.

Al-Qard Al-Hassan Fund Accounts
These accounts are used for justified social purposes to achieve social solidarity among society.

ACH Direct Debit
You can now make all of your payments simply by filling out the ACH Authorization and submitting it to your branch in order to execute the payment orders or transfers in JD currency to the beneficiary account held with the same bank and/or with local banks very easily through a new payment system approved by the Central Bank of Jordan.
