Dr. Hussein Said Saifan
CEO
Date of birth: 1963.Academic Qualification:
- PhD, Islamic Banks, 2006.
- Master’s in Banking and Finance Sciences / Islamic Banks, 1994.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting / Economics and Statistics, 1985.
Practical Experience:
He joined the Bank in 1987 and currently holds the position of CEO/General Manager. He is also a Board/ Board of Directors’ member in more than one company, Former Member of the Board of Accounting Standards in the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions/ Bahrain (AAOFI). Former Member of the Board of Standards for Governance and Ethics in the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions/ Bahrain(AAOIFI), Former Board Member of the Securities Depository Center، Board member of Hajj Fund and a member of the Board of Directors of the Jordanian Endowments Council.
Dr. Musa Omar Mubarak Abu Muhaimed.

Practical Experience:

Chief Retail Banking Officer
Date of Birth: 1981.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration - 2003.
Practical Experience:
- Joined the bank in 2020, with over 20 years of experience in retail banking, sales, credit facilities, marketing, and products development. He has held administrative positions at several banks.
- Currently holds the position of Chief Retail Banking Officer.
- Board/Director member at Al-Samaha For Finance and Investment Company.
- Chair/member of several executive committees.
Mr. Samer Ahmed Shehadeh Odeh
Chief Support Services Officer
Date of Birth: 1973Academic Qualification:
- CMA: Certified Management Accountant,2011.
- CIA: Certified Internal Auditor,2009.
- CIPA: Certified Islamic Professional Accountant,2006.
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration,2006.
- BA in Accounting,1996.
Practical Experience:
- With over 28 years of experience, he joined the bank in 1997, served in branches and the Internal Audit Department before leaving in 2007 to pursue roles in other companies. He rejoined the bank in 2011, serving as Assistant Manager of the Financial Department until February 2018 and as Chief Internal Audit until October 2024. He has been a Board Member of an Islamic Finance and Investment Company.
- He currently serves as the Chief Support Services Officer, also as Chairman/Member in several Executive Management Committees at the bank, as well as a board member of a manufacturing company.
Mr. Wael Rabieh

- Joined the bank in 2025. Has over 25 years of banking experience in corporate banking, having held management positions at several banks.
- Currently serves as Head of Corporate Sector.
- Member of the Board of Directors of an industrial company.
- Chair/member of several executive committees.
Eng. Anwaar Al-Saqqa
Cheif Enterprise Transformation Officer
Date of Birth: 1975.
Academic Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, 2004.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, 2000.
Professional Certifications and Qualifications:
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
- Customer Relationship Management Applications (Oracle CRM).

- Certified Trainer – Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
Practical Experience:
- In 2011, Eng. Al-Saqqa transitioned to the banking sector, working with both Jordanian and international banks. She held several senior leadership positions that reflect her strong capabilities and expertise in strategic planning, project management, customer experience management, digital transformation, business process engineering, and marketing management.
- In 2024, she joined Jordan Islamic Bank as (Director of Transformation). In early 2026, she is promoted to be (a Chief Enterprise Transformation Officer) responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- In addition to her current role, Eng. Al-Saqqa is on the Board of Directors of Future Technical Applications Company which is one of bank subsidiaries, also participate in multiple bank executive committees.
