It is a service provided to customers of salaries transferred to the bank, to help them cover personal expenses, and which allows them the ability to withdraw salaries in advance before they arrive at the bank on a monthly basis and without the need to visit the branch every time.
Service advantages:
- The service is intended for individual customers whose salaries are transferred to the bank from the accredited private sector or the public sector.
- Without a guarantor.
- The service ceiling is up to 75% of the net lowest regular salary transferred for the last 3 months (without bonuses) after deductions.
- The possibility of withdrawing the salary in advance through the ATM’S network spread across all regions of the Kingdom, or by purchasing through merchants’ points of sale (POS), branch, e-commerce - online purchases, Islami Mobile, Islami Internet.
- Only one visit to the branch annually and when subscribing to the service for the first time.
- The service is renewed monthly and automatically if the conditions are met.
- The service is provided from any branch of the bank, regardless of the branch to which the salary is paid.
Service subscription fees:
(1,250) dinars per month, as long as the customer is subscribed to the service.
Terms and Conditions :
- Continuity of salary transfer to the bank.
- There are no installments due from the customer and his sponsors.
- The customer does not have a credit card.
- The minimum net salary transferred for subscription is (75) dinars before deducting the existing financing installments.
- The minimum service ceiling is (20) dinars, and the maximum limit is (400) dinars.
- The service does not include daily employees and specific contract employees.
- Authorizing the bank to pay the statement amount upon receipt of the monthly salary, or through cash deposits or account transfers.
- Authorizing the bank to stop/reduce the service ceiling in the event that the salary is interrupted, its receipt is low, or there are due installments.
- The customer must not be more than 70 years old.
- The customer’s salary must be transferred to his current account / current salaries / on call only.
- The approved service limit is activated on the customer’s account from the beginning of the month until the end of the 22nd of each month.
Service subscription mechanism:
- Visit customers who wish to obtain the salary service provided to the branch once a year when subscribing to the service or renewing the service.
- Complete the procedures if the conditions for subscription to the service are met and sign the necessary forms.
- If the customer participates in the service, a text message (SMS) will be sent to the customer informing him of this within one business day.
