As part of Jordan Islamic Bank's commitment to supporting economic efforts and dialogues aimed at driving development and advancing sustainable economic and development performance, which contribute to achieving the vision of comprehensive economic modernization, the bank sponsored a dialogue session with the Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan, Dr. Adel Al-Sharkas, entitled "Reform, Stability, and Resilience: The Jordanian Economic Trilogy in a Changing World." The session was organized by Jordan Strategy Forum and attended by forum members and economic and banking figures, on July 28, 2025.
As part of Jordan Islamic Bank's commitment to supporting economic efforts and dialogues aimed to moving the wheel of development and improving sustainable economic and development performance, which contribute to achieving the vision of comprehensive economic modernization, the bank sponsored the dialogue session with the Governor of the Central Bank of Jordan, Dr. Adel Al- Sharkas, entitled " Reform, Stability, and Resilience: The Jordanian Economy's Trilogy in a Changing World ", organized by Jordan Strategy Forum and in the presence of Forum members and economic and banking figures, on 28/7/ 2025.
Dr. Hussein Said explained that this session was characterized by frankness and transparency, highlighting economic reform, the role of the Central Bank of Jordan, and its prudent policies, which constitute a protective shield against the various challenges facing the national economy. This is achieved through policies and decisions based on enhancing confidence in monetary policy, its stability, the strength to achieve economic balance, sustainable economic development, and strengthening Jordan's financial standing.
The dialogue session included discussions and debates on the reality of Jordan economy and its resilience in the face of external challenges, the draft law regulating virtual asset transactions, ways to stimulate small and medium enterprises, the importance of enhancing economic awareness, and other topics.
