Terms and Conditions: :
1. It is known to the customer that the process of purchasing electronic vouchers through the electronic channels provided by the bank to its customers is a relationship between the customer and the service provider and that the bank is not a party to it and the bank does not bear any responsibility as a result of that.
2. The customer authorizes the Jordan Islamic Bank to share and send my basic data and information (name and email) to the service providers. The service provider company may also retain all or part of the information.
3. The Jordan Islamic Bank has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept and/or stop and/or reject any purchase of electronic vouchers through the bank's application carried out by the customer. The bank also reserves the right to modify or stop the service at any time the bank deems appropriate without prior notice.
• The bank is not responsible for the quality of the products provided by the service provider and the extent of their conformity with the store description and/or delivery to the customer and without any guarantees from the bank, as it is known to the customer that this service is managed by an external provider and the bank does not bear any responsibility for any damage arising as a result of that.
• It is prohibited to deal with any electronic vouchers that are prohibited or not permitted to be dealt with by law and/or violate the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia and/or are not licensed to be dealt with or offered.
• It is known to the customer that the bank will not return the value of the voucher (the completed transaction executed through Islamic Mobile) that was paid to the provider company whether it was received by the customer or not.
• It is known to the customer that the bank will not be responsible for claims or complaints related to electronic purchase vouchers and in the event of any objection or inquiry about the service provided by the service provider, the customer can contact the call center at our bank to submit the complaint and/or inquiry, which in turn sends it to the service provider to submit the complaint and/or inquiry.
• It is known that each electronic voucher has a specific time period (validity date) to benefit from it and if the specified period is exceeded, he will lose his right to benefit from the voucher.
• The customer bears the currency difference resulting from his purchase of electronic vouchers in a foreign currency that is different from the Jordanian dinar.
