Campaign Terms and Conditions

Murabaha financing for purchasing home and kitchen furniture at a profit rate of 1% and with flexible repayment periods of up to 7 years.
The maximum amount of Murabaha financing for home and kitchen furniture is 5% of the value of the housing financing.
The campaign includes housing financing only and does not include commercial and/or investment properties.
It is required to implement housing financing first and before implementing Murabaha financing for purchasing home and kitchen furniture.
The housing financing period must not be less than 15 years.
Without a credit granting commission of 1%.
The financing requested during the campaign period is subject to acceptable terms and guarantees and according to the credit policy in effect at the Jordan Islamic Bank.
The campaign is available for housing financing implemented during the holy month of Ramadan only.
