Terms and Conditions

The maximum repayment period is up to 84 months.
The customer must be covered by mutual insurance (according to the terms and conditions of the Mutual Insurance Fund system).
The customer's age should not exceed 70 years at the end of the financing period.
The maximum debt burden is 50%.
Financing may reach up to 100% (depending on the applicant's situation).
Fixed and competitive profit rate throughout the financing period (based on the rental yield)
