Jordan Islamic Bank announced the transfer of its office in Awajan / Zarqa Governorate to a new location in Awajan area / Wasfi Al-Tall Street - opposite its current location, in accordance with the bank’s strategy of geographical spread and modernizing its network of branches and offices spread throughout the Kingdom with 111 branches and offices, As of Sunday 30/6/2024.
Dr. Hussein Said, CEO of Jordan Islamic Bank, said, “Moving Awajan’s office to a new location comes from our keenness to preserve our customers and meet their banking needs in compliance with the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia by strengthening our bank’s geographical presence within Zarqa Governorate, the second largest governorate in the Kingdom in terms of population density, it includes 13 branches and offices covering various regions of the governorate.
He pointed out that the transfer of Awajan office, which was opened in 2001 to a new modern location characterized by a wider area and a design consistent with the bank’s corporate identity and according to one of the equipments that meets the desires and needs of the bank’s customers.
Dr. Hussein Said stressed the bank’s keenness to enhance the various digital banking services, Islami Mobile and Islami Internet, and providing 325 ATMs spread across various regions of the Kingdom, including 101 ATMs that accept cash deposit services, in addition to other services, and Islami Digital, through three digital corners, providing banking services that provided according to the latest technological services
