An agreement between Islamic Insurance Company and Jordan Islamic Bank to provide insurance services within some of the bank's branches

Islamic Insurance Company and Jordan Islamic Bank signed an agreement to facilitate the provision of distinguished Takaful insurance services to customers in some selected branches. This agreement stems from the bank's commitment to providing added value to its customers and achieving integrated insurance services provided by Islamic Insurance Company, which has professional expertise in the Takaful insurance sector.

 The agreement was signed on behalf of Jordan Islamic Bank by CEO Dr. Hussein Said, and on behalf of the Islamic Insurance Company by General Manager Mr. Reda Dahbour, in the presence of the company's Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the bank's Board of Directors, His Excellency Senator Issa Murad. The agreement was held at the bank's Head Office on 1/10/2025. 

Dr. Hussein Said highlighted Jordan Islamic Bank's commitment to continuing to effectively implement its strategy by enhancing the customer experience and enhancing their satisfaction with advanced, high-quality, and tailored products and services. This agreement strengthens the strategic partnership between the bank and the Islamic Insurance Company by providing Takaful insurance services directly at selected branches, saving customers time and effort. For his part, Senator Issa Murad expressed his happiness at signing this agreement, which comes in implementation of the directives of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Insurance Company to expand Takaful insurance services and provide them to various segments of society, including individuals and companies. It also represents the culmination of the complementary relationship between the banking and insurance sectors, which will contribute to providing a distinguished level of service to the bank's clients, satisfying their insurance requests and needs, while striving for further expansion and spread in the future.

 Mr. Reda Dahbour said, "This agreement strengthens our company's presence and consolidates our joint and sustainable cooperation with Jordan Islamic Bank in expanding the distribution channels for Takaful insurance services and providing them to the bank's clients. This enhances the customer experience and facilitates the provision of insurance services, which include vehicle, marine, fire, general, engineering, life (Takaful), and health insurance." Under this agreement, insurance services will be displayed and promoted directly through the company’s employees present in a special booth inside the bank’s branches (Al-Shmeisani and Al-Hurriya Street branches / Capital Governorate, Al-Hashemi Street branch / Irbid Governorate, and the Free Zone branch / Zarqa Governorate), in order to facilitate customers in obtaining insurance services on site by receiving insurance forms and providing insurance information related to the available products according to the instructions and principles in effect in the company with all ease and convenience.
