Based on the Jordan Islamic Bank's commitment to establishing a culture of excellence and motivating human resources towards creativity and innovation, in line with the bank's strategy (2025-2029) and its future directions, and to preserving and appreciating human competencies, The bank organized the Ideal Employee Award ceremony for the year 2025, where Dr. Hussein Said, CEO of Jordan Islamic Bank, presented shields and cash prizes to 18 male and female employees from Head Office and branches who deserved to receive the Ideal Employee Award, at Head Office building on Thursday,16/4/ 2026.
On this occasion, Dr. Hussein Said said, “The launch of this award comes to emphasize the bank’s continued interest in its employees in appreciation of their contributions and excellence in work, and to enhance the level of institutional performance by honoring distinguished employees, which will reflect on raising the efficiency and effectiveness of work, and motivating creativity and the development of creative ideas, which will benefit the bank and promote the principle of healthy competition.”
