Dr. Hussein Said, CEO of Jordan Islamic Bank, said, “The bank’s participation in this event comes within a series of initiatives that the bank is keen to implement to express the images of social and human solidarity that are evident in the holy month of Ramadan and to promote religious and national values. It also confirms the bank’s role in preserving the Holy Quran through sponsorship, support, honoring, or offering prizes to those who memorize it. This falls within the core of the bank’s pioneering and social role and its effective contribution in serving students and promoting their noble values, and to strengthen the participatory and sustainable relationship with the University of Jordan by continuing to support its various activities.”
The Iftar included the distribution of cash prizes to the winning students in the competitions. His Excellency Mr. Abdul Moneim Al Odat also presented an honorary shield to Jordan Islamic Bank for providing the prizes.
