Jordan Islamic Bank announced the launch of the “Advance Salary” service, which is the first of its kind among Islamic banks in Jordan, targeting individuals with salaries transferred to the bank. This service aims to help customers bear the burden of living and cover personal expenses, by enabling them to withdraw part of their salaries in advance before it reaches the bank on a monthly basis and without the need to visit the branch every time.
Dr. Hussein Said, CEO of Jordan Islamic Bank, said: “We always strive to provide flexible banking solutions that are efficient and reliable, provide added value to our customers and meet their needs.” He explained that this service is directed to individuals whose salaries are transferred to the bank from the public and private sectors, where they can withdraw a certain percentage of their salaries in advance according to the terms and conditions of the product at the bank.
Customers can withdraw their salary in advance through the bank's 324 ATMs, which are the largest in the Kingdom, or through branches, or through merchant points of sale, e-shopping, “Islami Mobile” and “Islami Internet” services, and to activate the service for the first time, visit any of the Bank's 111 branches and offices across the Kingdom, and the service will be automatically renewed if the subscription terms and conditions apply.
Dr. Hussein stressed the bank's commitment to enhancing customer confidence and providing innovative and modern services, in order to achieve the bank's vision of improving performance and meeting the aspirations of customers, and invited those interested to learn more about the service by visiting the bank's website (https://Jordanislamicbank.com), contacting the call center and customer service, or visiting any of the bank's branches.
