Jordan Islamic Bank participated in sponsoring 7th Jordan International Architectural Conference under the title “Architecture and Artificial Intelligence,” which was organized by Jordan Engineers Association / Architectural Engineering Division, under the auspices of the representative of the Prime Minister and Minister of Public Works and Housing, His Excellency Engineer Maher Abu Al-Saman, with the broad participation of architects from Jordan, Arab and international participation, and architecture students from various Jordanian universities, during the period 27-28/4 at the Landmark Hotel.
CEO of Jordan Islamic Bank, Dr. Hussein Said, said, “Our bank’s sponsorship of this conference comes as confirmation of the bank’s continued commitment to shouldering its social responsibilities by supporting scientific and professional activities that serve the national economy and its development, and to enhance the sustainable relationship that brings the bank together with Jordan Engineers Association and support the union’s efforts by holding conferences and meetings aimed at serving engineers in their various specializations and advancing their profession”, stressing the bank’s keenness to continue providing support and sponsorship for activities and conferences that contribute to serving the local community and the national economy.
The conference addressed a wide range of topics on how to harness the potential of artificial intelligence in education, architectural practice, city design, smart buildings, archaeology...and others.
At the end of the opening ceremony, His Excellency the Minister of Public Works and Housing, Engineer Maher Abu Al-Saman, handed over an honorary shield to Mr. Ahmad Abdel Kareem, Manager of Corporate Communications at the Bank, in appreciation of the Bank’s sponsorship of the conference.
